Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

The tower is good isolated. The tower is near to woods, the IJssellake and not far from Amsterdam. The tower is situated on a quiet spot. Lelystad has a few good restaurants, musea and 'Bataviastad', an outlet shopping center. It is nice to have your own car or bike, because public transport is not nearby. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus.
