If you like it rather unconventional, this is the right place for you. The loft is located in a very quiet courtyard in a farm building from the turn of the last century. There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio. Here you will find a perfect retreat with a wide view of the greenery just 10 minutes from the city center.

Haus mit Garten in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Leipzig. Top angebunden an Leipzig Innenstadt (tram alle 10 min, Haltestelle quasi vor der Haustür). Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 20min ins Stadtzentrum, mit Bahn oder Rad etwa 30min. Es gibt im Haus zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (1xBoxspringbett, 1xSchlafsofa) und je einer ausklappbaren Liege. Fußbodenheizung überall. Holz für die Feuerstelle im Garten ist vorhanden.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
