The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Small gem on the canal

A small but nice 1-room apartment awaits you in a prime canal location. The apartment is located in the beautiful, lively and popular district of Plagwitz and can be reached most quickly from the stop "Elsterpassage" or "Karl-Heine/Merseburger Straße." Along the canal, it is about a 15-minute walk from Clarapark and Auenwald and about a 10-minute train ride from the main train station. And if you feel like hustle and bustle/pubs/cafes/restaurants, Karl-Heine-Straße is only 3 minutes by foot!

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 9, from the south and west facing wooden terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunset.
