This quiet apartment is located between Auwald, Karl-Heine-Kanal and close to Karl-Heine-Straße, where the colorful life of Leipzig can be found. If you feel like walking in the floodplain forest, on the Elster, Clara Park or on the canal, within walking distance to pubs, old studios, culture, gastronomy and nightlife, then my apartment is just right for you. It is located on the Karl-Heine-Kanal Weg, in a green garden and has a quiet balcony, as there is no street in front of the door.

Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Whether by bike, on foot or by car, you can reach Lake Cospuden, Lake Markkleeberg and Lake Störmtal in a few minutes. The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.
