Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Stay in an extraordinary Leipzig industrial monument: The 97 m² gallery loft stretches over two levels and impresses with almost six-meter-high ceilings, large window facades and an open-plan living and dining area. From here, you can explore Leipzig's waterways with our two-person kayak, which is available for a small surcharge.
