Villa Romahn - Attic floor

The villa is 1930 by the Kürschner, Ch. Max Romahn. He lived in it with his family and his employees. At GDR times it was a kindergarten and then a pharmacy. Today we live on the ground floor of the renovated residential building and rent out the two apartments on the upper floor and attic floor. We are looking forward to welcoming you in the green oasis surrounded by old trees in the middle of the city center of Schkeuditz and only 15 minutes from the center of Leipzig.

Lovely two rooms apartment with a lot of light, sun set view and greenery out the window. Neatly decorated with vibrant and colorful vintage furniture making it a cozy and a stylish place to stay. Situated in a calm street right at the corner of Karl-Heine-Straße where bars, restaurants and cafes are plenty to choose from. Walking distance from art galleries, cinemas and theatres (see my guid book). Near to everything, public transport are available at a 3 minutes walk.

The apartment is located in a beautiful street. Opposite is the Elsapark. The courtyard has a kitchen and balcony. There are 2 rooms. A living room or bedroom and a quiet study with dining table and couch (sofa bed). This could be designed variably (double bed mattress) The apartment is also close to the Rabet Park and on Eisenbahnstrasse. There are international foods and bistros and nice cafes and bars. The apartment is 5 minutes by bike from the main train station.

Characteristic of the music district are the many magnificent old buildings, the close proximity to the city center and the beautiful Clara Zetkin Park, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll to the horse racing track, as well as the well-known Karl-Liebknecht-Straße "die Karli" with its small restaurants and bars. It's not even a 10-minute walk to the city center, past the Federal Administrative Court and the town hall.

I offer my fully equipped 3-room apartment in the beautiful Leipzig West (Lindenau) for short overnight stays or weekend trips for max. 2 people.
