Cozy department in the heart of Leipzig. It is located 7min away from the city center by bike or tram (the station of Sudplatz os right next to the house). Even though it is locates right next to the main social street in Leipzig, „Karli“, the apartment is very quiet and calm because of the modern installation of the windows. The apartment habe a bathroom, a bedroom with a double size bed, a fully equiped kitchen and a living room with a bed sofa and a TV (in total 50 squared meters).
