Between lake and mountain (15 min Lake, 15 min Revard la Féclaz station 1200m altitude, 30min Annecy , 20min Chambéry). We are a couple with 3 children (17, 11 and 7 years old) Located in a quiet area this apartment of 35 m2 is on the garden level of our house , independent entrance, parking, unenclosed garden. ETE Multi activities in prox:Accrobranche, hikes, mountain biking, beach (Aix pool), lake, paddleboard , canoeing, boats,trampoline park, climbing, thermal baths.. WINTER cross-country skiing/downhill, tobogganing, snowshoeing...

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
