A cozy apartment, beautifully and newly refurbished, ideal for business and leisure travelers and short stays. It consists of a large living room with sitting area and double sofa bed, a big dining table and a kitchenette equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The comfortable bedroom has a double bed and an enjoyable balcony, The bathroom has an en suite shower. The apartment is equipped with all amenities to meet the needs of the modern traveller: independently controlled air conditioning in every room, bose speakers, safety deposit box, free Wi-Fi and LCD TV with satellite television, hairdryer. It's located in a quiet alley at a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and Via del Babuino, at the first floor a 3 floors roman style small building with lift. Feel at Home in This Charming, Central Appartamento

Sip espresso in the cozy kitchen of this renovated apartment, with balcony, set in an early 20th-century building. Original floor tiles add old-world charm to the contemporary decor personalized by yellow accents and vintage photos of city sites. Brand new, bright second floor flat. As you enter you are welcomed by a spacious and well lighten corridor with doors to the main bedroom, the spacious kitchen and the living room. This flat fit comfortably 4 people: the main bedroom has a king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds while the living room has a 4 seater sofa bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a small balcony. There is plenty of storage and cleanliness is at the top of our priorities !!! The entire flat We are helping our guests from the moment they enquire about how to get to our flat from airport or train stations, to the welcoming day, throughout their stay with tips for local restaurants or hidden gems of the city, until their checkout to make sure they can find the quickest way to their next destination. We speak fluently both English and French and having often travelled abroad ourselves, we know what it means to be a tourist and how good it feels to be welcomed and guided into a new city by the locals. We are very happy to meet people from all different countries and nationalities. Located in trendy Prati, the apartment is close to buses and metro stations for easy accessibility to city landmarks. The neighborhood is known for its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk. The closest underground station is Lepanto and it is only 5 minutes away from the flat. This takes you to where ever you need in Rome but buses are also very convenient and the closest bus stop in Via Ferrari ( 2 minutes away from our flat) gets you to the city centre in less then 15 minutes. For example: Spanish steps are 15 minutes away by bus. Colosseum is 25 minutes away by underground. Piazza Navona is 12 minutes away by bus. The Vatican museums are 20 minutes away on foot passing by Via dei Gracchi where you find the most delicious ice cream in Rome as voted by the Romans: Gelateria dei Gracchi.

The apartment have three terrace, one in the living room area, one at the first floor in the main bedroom and one on the roof, with exclusive access. The view is unique! The building have a nice entrance, is in the City center, but there is access along the river, so the parking is pretty easy and there is not ZTL area! At just 2 minutes walking there is a big new parking. The apartment is very quite and comfortable. The apartment is a 10-minute walk to Piazza Navona, and five minutes to Campo dè Fiori, where there has been a charming and lively market since 1869. The area is full of good restaurants, bars, and trattorias where you can eat typical Roman dishes. Near the apartment there is a bus stop with several lines.
