The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Stylish old building apartment in the heart of Coburg

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. Our accommodation is located in Heilgersdorf, a small village 4 km from Seßlach between Bamberg and Coburg with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space and a quiet location. A good starting point for single travelers, couples and families alike to discover and enjoy culture and Franconian-Thuringian sights - or simply for a vacation.
