Country house main house with great location

The house is perfect for family, sports and business travel. Imatra city center 2.5 km. Lappeenranta 20 min 4-lane road. Sheltered courtyard for cars and motorcycles. Saimaa and Ukonniemi-Rauha sports areas with spas and several golf courses nearby. The main building of the Harjula estate is in the middle of apple trees, in the courtyard of the grain farm. The property has been in the family's possession since 1950, after the end of the grandfather's evacuation trip here. In the lush and spacious courtyard, there is also another residential building where the host lives.

Besides the electric sauna in the cottage, there is a lakeside sauna included in the price but is available according to the schedule in a day. I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

The Äitsaari is famous of its cycling tours through the island. The island will challenge everyone in its mountaneous road profile. You can also fish in the Lake Saimaa. If fancied, it is not forbidden to just relax and enjoy the lakeside sauna and swimming in the clean freshwater lake :)
