Nice little apartment upstairs in a log house

You're warmly welcome to stay upstairs in an atmospheric log home. The house has four apartments that you have access to one all to yourself. Whether you're on a business or vacation trip, it's easy to get to us. The car is free in the yard and the bus runs right next door. In the summer, you can drink your morning coffee on the front yard terrace and the kids can find a trampoline in the backyard. The apartment is not very large, but a place to sleep can be found for up to 4 people for an additional fee. Ask about the dogs separately:)

The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Villa Huvikumpu. - Maalaisromantiikkaa lähellä kaupunkia 1930-luvulla valmistuneessa pikkutalossa. Talo on lähes satavuotias, eikä ole luksuskohde, mutta tarjolla hyvät ja rauhalliset yöunet. Rauhallinen vanha asuinalue, jossa paljon pieniä puutaloja. Lapset tervetulleita. Lapsille löytyy syöttötuoli, matkasänky, potta ja leluja. Eläimet ovat tervetulleita. Sijainti EI OLE keskustassa. Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The outdoor hot tub, rowing boat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants all year round.

!! The price is reduced due to balcony restoration in Summer/early Fall 2025. Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) and a short sofa for one who is under 170cm tall. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & Sauna add luxury.

Erinomainen ratkaisu tilaa tarvitsevalle porukalle. Kolme makuuhuonetta sekä kolme muuta huonetta tilapäisvuoteelle mahdollistavat useammankin henkilön majoittumisen samaan aikaan. Iso piha johon mahtuu useampi auto parkkiin. Talo toimii niin työreissuille kuin perheen lomamatkalle silloin kuin halutaan pois keskustan melskeestä. Tosin pääset kyllä autolla nopeasti nauttimaan Lappeenrannan kesäisestä satamasta!

The fortune of the canal. An atmospheric and spacious former share shop renovated into a residential house in a lovely location on the edge of the Saimaa Canal in picturesque Lappeenranta. Spacious spaces are especially suitable for large groups to be together. Also great for families with children and commuters. Very free parking space and also a bus stop nearby.
