On Lake Saimaa, near good fishing waters. The sun sets directly on the sauna and cottage terrace, a gentle child-friendly beach. 2024 completed cottage, modern kitchen, indoor toilet, rowing boat and 2 pcs of paddleboards. Mh1 double bed (160x200), MH2 2 beds, MH3 double bed (140x200) sauna room pull-out bed (70x200), extra mattresses 2. The summer kitchen has a gas grill, an electric smoking box and a gas brick pan. Drinking water well, sauna with lake water. Housebroken dogs allowed. Cats prohibited.

Comfortable cottage with lakeview located on the shore of the lake Saimaa in the middle of the pine forest on the whole peninsula. This cottage is has a private pier and a boat with an electric motor. Comfortable terrace with furniture, gas grill and BBQ zone are available for guests in the villa. Besides the electric sauna in the cottage, there is a lakeside sauna included in the price but is available according to the schedule in a day. Guests enjoy a sports ground and a playground for free.

This large log house in the middle of the village of Lemis has all the services of Lemis within walking distance. The church, shop and restaurants/pubs are 200m from the house. The nearest swimming area is 100 meters away. The logs of the 120-year-old house exude atmosphere and history. The large terrace is great for cooking, dining and spending the evening. For cooking, the terrace has a large charcoal grill under the canopy and a gas grill for eating with a larger group.

Separate grill shed for shared use. Rowing boat, large terraces, and private pier. Possibility to book an extra sleeping road for 2 people. There are also a few other rental cottages in the area.

Completed in 2024, our family's fully equipped, leisure apartment of more than 100 square meters in Lemi on the shore of Kivijärvi offers a peaceful rest in the midst of nature. You can take a dip in clean lake water just 20 meters from the house. The beach is kid friendly and heads south. The yard is easy to access and has a good parking space.

A spacious dining area features a long wooden table surrounded by twelve chairs. Decorative art adorns the walls, complemented by a wooden accent wall. A vintage cello stands in one corner. Natural light streams through large windows, enhancing the room's inviting atmosphere.
