Lower level private studio, separate entrance, private bathroom and queen size bed. This cozy space has plenty of windows and natural light, handmade furniture including a large table to work at. While there isn't a kitchen there is a small refrigerator, microwave, and a pour over coffee set-up or tea to get your days started. The farmette is conveniently located 2 miles from town, set off the road, and through the woods. The cottage is located on the edge of our woodland area. We invite you to explore our property and enjoy the animals. The west end of our land over looks town and is a great place to watch the sunset and the goats graze.

Stay in your own private 3 BR, 2 bathroom section of our lakefront downtown home. Not only will you have lake access, but you'll be steps away from amazing restaurants. In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to anywhere downtown. Don't feel like going out? Take a hot tub, sauna, paddle board, have a cup of coffee on the dock, or roast marshmallows by the campfire. Or rent our pontoon (Friday through Sunday) for an additional fee.

Quiet / peaceful / positive vibes place perfect for a couple but can do one more (twin-size floor mattress / PacknPlay). *NOTE: Must pre-approve pets with initial booking & only booked guests allowed - this is how we feel most safe hosting in our home. No smokers (of any kind) here. Strict quiet hours. My wife Marla and I are so happy to share our sweet sunny lower-level space with you - she built it herself! We live upstairs with our adorable rescue dogs + old aloof cat Tanner.
