This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. Known for its water clarity, hard sand bottom, and few weeds. We are truly a premier destination for all. Winter enthusiasts can enjoy easy access to trails around the Park Rapids Area. Plus access to the lake for ice fishing. **Full dock access with power and plenty of room for trailer parking on site.

Welcome to Northwoods A-Frame. As you enter the A-Frame, you’ll notice natural light throughout the main level and loft. The main level has one bedroom and one full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The kitchen opens to the living space and there is a wood-burning stove for use in the colder months. The basement has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The upstairs loft has one bedroom with a queen bed and a half bathroom.
