Enjoy this beautifully remodeled home just 4 blocks to Harrison Avenue. This home boasts walking access to downtown and the Mineral Belt (a 13 mile bike path surrounding Leadville) and East Side hiking trails. **Please note that there is a $40 + tax pet fee, per pet, per stay. There will be an additional $50 fine if pets were brought to the property without notifying us. Gorgeous locked off unit with PRIVATE entrance and street parking in front. 1 bedroom, bathroom and living/dining area. Jetted tub, high end bedding, eclectic decor. There is no kitchen (No cooking or washing dishes, yay) Connected to a large family home but is separate from the household. 2 blocks to Main Street & 7 mi to Cooper. No children under 12 please.
