The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

A seasonal pool area features a refreshing blue pool with a shallow entry. A covered seating space is visible, furnished with comfortable seating and greenery. Umbrellas provide shade, while decorative planters and illuminated spheres enhance the ambiance. A well-maintained patio surrounds the pool.

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.
