The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Composting toilet, barbecue. Our house and parking lot are about 100 m away. Swimming in the lake is possible, and an old surfboard is at your disposal.

Shops serving everyday needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. The fair is 4 km away. With private parking space, lockable bicycle basement and air conditioning.
