Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

Ferienparadies Bodensee with FeWo2 is located near Lake Constance in the village of Billafingen in Baden Württemberg. The 74 m² four-star vacation apartment has a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and much more, a dining area / extendable, a living area, a sleeping area, a bathroom and thus offers space for max. 3 people. The equipment also includes WLAN (suitable for video calls), a TV & radio, as well as a crib and a high chair (on request).

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

The Pool Suite is ideal for family and friends, as it adjoins a heated garden pool (May to October) with a sun terrace and is surrounded by a lawn for playing and sunbathing. The shared outdoor area invites you to relax, and its covered pool terrace with barbecue and lake view offers secluded privacy. The modern Premium Suite awaits you with a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area for up to 6 people.

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the amenity of being able to use both the swimming pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and ventilate your head. Rent old, small, simple, cozy self-catering cottage with creaking floor and squeaky doors on approx. 1,000 meters above sea level on the Bödele with 2 terraces overlooking Lake Constance + small pool for the summer months Welcome are: families, women's groups, mixed groups, seniors, etc. ATTENTION: Due to repeated bad experiences with male-only groups (drunkenness with noise pollution), we no longer rent to such groups!!!

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as paddleboards are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee.
