This is our primary residence, most likely we will be here too. We do have 4 other rooms available if your group needs more space. Tea/coffee/bottled water/snacks available. Surveillance cameras outside for your protection and ours.

We have a large loft area, with a private full bath. It is the whole upstairs in my house. There is no door between the upstairs and downstairs. There is a comfy couch, loveseat with two recliners & a large TV. There are two California Twin Beds pushed together making a King size Bed. We have a stair chair to get up the steep stairs. We have two dogs and a cat & a great backyard with a tiny pond.
