American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Lake, recreation center, children's park 100 m away. If you want to bring your bed linen and towels I'll give you a small discount.

Start hiking from the village, and close to family ski resorts. 5 min from Les Rafforts , and 15-20 min from the Evettes (Flumet), Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, and Praz-sur-Arly. Sunny garden with terrace, outdoor table and stone barbecue: ideal for enjoying the beautiful summer days!
