The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

On the sofa bed, you can relax on the book, and if necessary, it will also form a 120cm wide bed. Luxurious cotton linen sheets ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is also a washing machine. Jyväskylä is only 20km away and the airport is 5km away.

In the summertime, you can see leafy maple and yard oak branches from the windows, while in the winter, the nearby Jyväsjärvi remains on the horizon. As a host, you can be alone in the shelter of a small house. From the highway you can reach by car in a few minutes to our place.

Vuokralle tulee juuri valmistunut talviasuttava sähköistetty loma-asunto, kauniissa järven poukamassa jonne paistaa ilta-aurinko. Half of a semi-detached cottage in Äijälä, Laukaa, about 40 km from Jyväskylä. Lake on both sides of the cottage. Private sandy beach to the southwest/west. In summer, a boat and paddle board are available. The glazed terrace is a nice place to spend time and admire the beautiful lake landscape. There is a fireplace near the beach and a gas grill on the terrace. Outdoor plug for electric or hybrid car.
