The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

On three sides, Keitele opens, the peninsula has a beautiful, spacious log villa, closer to the beach. The villa has a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, loft, kph, sauna. Beach cottage 1 room and sauna. A hot tub is available with a different agreement and weather permitting, service for an additional fee of 130€/week. Amenities: electricity, apk, fridge, stove, oven, toaster, running water from borehole, fireplace. The place is available from the beginning of October to mid-December and again from the end of February to the end of April.

Large terrace, summer kitchen, outdoor sauna, lots (according to the agreement), multiple campfire sites, gas stove, gas grill, refrigerator and cabinet with small freezer compartment. Room for a group of 6. A rowing boat with an electric motor. Running water from the lake. (The cottage has drinking water in the canister.) Electric travel showers with sauna. A fishy lake and small game hunting (sop included) possible. For long term guests, clothing maintenance will be arranged.

The home meadow is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature in Kortepohja, next to the ski slopes and spa of Laajavuori. You can easily reach us by your own car or public transportation. The apartment is a modern studio on the second floor, and you'll find modern amenities, with a French balcony opening on the courtyard side. You'll sleep comfortably in a 160cm wide double bed, a 120cm wide sofa bed for an additional guest, including twin beds available. Close to jogging trails and a playground

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 by a stunning rapids. Soothing rapids ensure a relaxing visit to Koskenranta Helmi. The cottage is great for relaxing, fishing, or even boating. In the big sauna of the cottage, you can admire the flowing water, refreshing is easy to always be open in a permanent rapids or outdoor hot tub. In the summertime, you can see leafy maple and yard oak branches from the windows, while in the winter, the nearby Jyväsjärvi remains on the horizon. As a host, you can be alone in the shelter of a small house. From the highway you can reach by car in a few minutes to our place.
