little, nice, clean and comfortable privat room located in the east of Bamberg. 20 min. with the bus in the city centre (bus station in 500m), 5 min walk to the next Cafe with Breakfast, 10 min walk to one of the best brewery in Bamberg " Mahrs Bräu". You 'll have your own private room (with lockable door) and also you can use the garten . Coffee & tea plus a fridge with cold beverages in your room. Parking in front of the house. Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min. to the city center The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It stretches over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view.

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
