My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

With a living area of about 36 m², the apartment offers enough space for your needs. The small bathroom with toilet in the apartment ensures additional comfort and privacy during your stay.

Our barn de Lütt offers enough space to a couple or a small family to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside in every season. Directly behind the barn, a large garden with seating, barbecue and fireplace as well as climbing frame, swing and sandbox invites you to linger. Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
