The Brausebrücke [pedestrian bridge] around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

This terraced house (approx. 100 square meters) is offered for rent when the owner is away or on vacation. We like it uncomplicated, which means almost everything stays as it is. The terraced house is ideally suited for 3-4 people. From here it is a stone's throw to the tourist strongholds of Travemünde, Niendorf and Timmendorf or to Lübeck. Due to the location on the Dummersdorfer Ufer Nature Reserve, you are in a fantastic environment away from the hustle and bustle.

The property is separated from Lake Plau by only a low-traffic side road. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a beach with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry terminal. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

Our apartment is located directly in the center of Redefin. A bakery with a small café and a small shop are located directly across the street. The state stud farm of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is located in Redefin. However, the place is not only inviting for horse fans. Many events take place at the stud farm every year, not just for horse fans, such as the exhibition Lebens-Art at the beginning of June or concerts of the MV Festival.

For the cool days, we also offer you a fireplace and a sauna A special highlight is the separately fenced lake property with jetty (100m from the house). On the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms with 2 or 4 beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with seating.
