In 2025, around 250 people gathered there for the summer festival of a children's and youth welfare organisation. Your booking is what makes this possible. Thanks for being part of it. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.
