This room has a stucco ceiling. There are plank floors and old stone floors everywhere. about 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the grocery store, 15 minutes to the old town, 5 minutes to the bus line. 5 minutes to the beach promenade.

The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

-Winter break from December 22nd to April 5th 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with modern charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. There are now 3 more apartments in the house for guests. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A car parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.
