A quiet neighborhood in the middle of lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits to deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, close to the center (10 minutes on foot). Great views of the Giant Mountains and Rudawy. The perfect place for dog owners - walking areas with wild meadows just behind our fence. Cozy apartment in the center of Kowar - a beautiful village hidden between the Giant Mountains and Rudawami Janowickimi. From Kowar there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, the Edge Pass, Skalny Table), which are a great alternative to (often crowded) trails starting, e.g. from Karpacz. There are also many places to visit in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Trail of the Kowary Hospital, the Miniatur Park of the Monuments of Lower Silesia, or the Sentment Museum.

We invite you to apartment no. 3 in Karpniki in the atmospheric interior of the former mill.
