Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

House for max 14 people with large garden, terrace, barbecue area and parking. The entire area is fenced. The ground floor of the house is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. We offer 10 beds in 5 bedrooms and 4 extra beds - sofas. We can prepare a cot with a mattress and bedding for a child. We also accept a maximum of two dogs. The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Close to hiking trails and great cycling routes :) Wi-Fi on site, high-speed fiber optic Internet :) I highly recommend it!
