Maršovská cottage

A beautiful cottage that is our dream come true, which we are happy to share with you. The cottage built in 1919 is after a complete extensive renovation (2023) that made the property an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, family-run, and comfortable environment, from which you and our family will want to come home. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Giant Mountains National Park - the cottage surrounds from two sides of the forest.

A serene forest scene is depicted, featuring a gently flowing river surrounded by tall trees. Sunlight filters through the foliage, casting dappled light on the water and rocks, creating a peaceful atmosphere in a natural setting.

W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.

Our very comfy and well designed apartment is located in a newly finished property made up to high standards. Apartment is located on the second upper floor with no elevator, pls. Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.
