Family-friendly large apartment

Our apartment on the street "Alter Gutshof" No. 3, Sellin, is suitable for 4 people (an extra bed for another person is possible). It is located on the 2nd floor of a new building (built in 2011) in a quiet settlement near Sellin Seepark and Lake Sellin. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms for two people each, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, a storage room and a balcony with spacious seating. The size of the apartment is about 70 m² (+10 m² balcony). The beach (main and south beach) can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. A complete kitchen with ample amenities, such as a dishwasher, an induction stove with oven and a microwave. There is a TV in the living room that offers satellite reception and a DVD player. Free Internet access is available throughout the apartment via WiFi. Free bike rental is also included in the price. Own bicycles can be accommodated in the garage. Our washing machine in the basement can be used. I live with my husband in the first floor apartment and we like to give our guests excursion tips. We are also happy to pick up guests arriving by train from the train station in Binz (IC terminal). Our apartment has proven itself for parents with small children: Stair gate, crib, high chair and bicycle child seat are available

Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Small but fine - holiday apartment with sun terrac

We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Vacation home in quiet camp in Binz on Rügen

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

Modern and practically furnished 2-room apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, not far from the beaches and the center with restaurants, as well as a supermarket, bakery and small shops. It is about 5 minutes' walk to the famous pier or to the north beach and about 10 minutes to the south beach. The apartment is located in a very quiet and central location on Luftbadstraße.
