Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Residence under the linden trees - Specht

Located in Mühlhausen, the holiday apartment "Residenz unter den Linden Specht" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as a washing machine. A high chair is also available.

Der rote Bauwagen am Dorfrand bietet Behaglichkeit für deine Auszeit. Zeit zum Runterzukommen und um das einfache Leben in der Natur zu genießen. Schöne Wanderwege laden zum Entdecken ein. Hügel, Seen oder Wälder - du wählst. Der Bauwagen hält alles für eine entspannte Atmosphäre bereit: Waschtisch, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank. Im Doppelbett 1,40 cm oder auf dem gemütlichen Sofa kannst du dich erholen. Im Winter duschst du in unserer separaten Ferienwohnung warm. Der Holzofen hält dich warm.

Cozy and centrally located apartment

Bright, friendly attic apartment. There is one double bed and one travel cot for infants in the bedroom and one couch in the living room. In the spacious kitchen you can eat in a cozy circle. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower partition. The apartment is located in my mom's house. She takes care of the key handover. When booking with a dog, there are an additional €5 per animal per night. Please pay the visitor's tax of €2.50 per person in cash on site.

Vacation home Ferdinand

Enjoy unforgettable moments in this centrally located accommodation in the middle of the old town and in the immediate vicinity of the spa park of Bad Langensalza. The loving furnishings of our apartment offer a feel-good atmosphere for your vacation. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can easily and quickly prepare your favorite food. Fast Wi-Fi, towels and linens are included. In addition, the apartment has a free and protected parking space in the courtyard.

The accommodation is facing the garden. A large terrace and garden can be used by guests. Access to the apartment is through the garden. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, with a butcher and bakery, a café, another bakery and a pharmacy. Breitenworbis is located on the A 38 with a direct exit. There are many leisure activities in the surrounding area. A bear park, leisure pools, borderland museum, and much more.

Vacation home West

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Ufhoven vacation home

Hey hey, Our 50 m² gem is located on the ground floor of our house. The living room leads to the courtyard and a very large, green garden, with chickens & rabbits. A 1.40 m wide bed and a children's travel bed are available for sleeping. Children and pets are welcome with us. Here and there it can get a bit louder, as we have 2 small children ourselves. There is free parking right in front of the house.

Holiday apartment "Zum Goldenen Kreuz"

The accommodation is a separately enclosed apartment on the ground floor of our house, which was originally used for rural and gastronomic purposes. The apartment is newly renovated and technically modern. In addition to a small kitchen, they find a cozy ambience to feel good and relax. It is located just a few stone throws away from our beautiful and interesting medieval old town with various sights.

Small fine apartment "Am Laubengang"

You will stay with us in a quaint cozy rear courtyard. The 35 m² apartment is accessible via a pergola and consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor is the living/kitchen area with a small bathroom and under the roof is where you sleep. Various outdoor seating options are available. Everything you need, such as a restaurant and supermarket, is a few minutes' walk away.

Guest room in the old town

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
