På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Dejligt sommerhus på 90m² med hems i stille omgivelser, tæt ved fjorden og et skønt fællesområde med badebro i sommerhalvåret. Der er ikke udsigt over vandet fra huset. Alt er inkluderet i prisen, el, vand, håndklæder, sengelinned, viskestykker, og basisfødevarer som olie, sukker og krydderier. Brændeovnen er hovedkilde til opvarmning, der er el-varme på badeværelse lidt gulvvarme som er tændt når strømmen er billig. Haven ligger helt ugeneret med plads til spil, sport og leg.

Located in walking distance to the beach (5 min), restaurants (5 min), groceries (5 min), Waves shopping center (20 min) and train station (20 min). Copenhagen is only 20-25 min away by train. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x200), a sofabed is available in the living room, bathroom with heated floor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, free wifi & smart TV .

Hyggelig og nyrenoveret lejlighed i et større hus. Central beliggenhed i Køge centrum. Gå afstand til indkøb og tog. Tæt på strand og skov. Lejligheden udlejes som selvstændig del af huset. Men i den anden del af huset bor vi en familie som består af mor, far og to drenge på 6 og 7 år samt to nysgerrige hunde og en kat. Et soveværelse og evt. mulighed for opredning til mindre børn. Hyggeligt indrettet anneks på 39 m2 med separat badeværelse. Étværelses lejlighed indeholdende dobbeltseng, sofahjørne med TV med mulighed for 2 yderligere opredninger på sofaen (børn), spisebordsplads samt køkken med ovn og køleskab. Annekset er nyrenoveret med nænsom hånd og vi har forsøgt at indrette det så hyggeligt som muligt. Endvidere udendørskrog, når vejret tillader det. Det er muligt at tilkøbe morgenmad, hvis vi er hjemme.
