It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

There is a Mr. Coffee, microwave oven, toaster, coffee cups. You just might find blueberry muffins on your first morning. The 2nd bed is a rollaway w/ memory foam.
