All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

The cottage is located in the middle of the Jutland lake highlands with a huge selection of nature experiences on land or at sea. 20 minutes walk from the house the train stops in Alken towards Århus or Ry/Silkeborg. Great starting point for all types of holidays in East Jutland.

There is only a 7-minute walk down to the beach, which offers a swimming pier, the cleanest sea water and the most beautiful sunset. The Røsnæs area is known for its unique nature, and there are plenty of experiences in the area. You can walk around Røsnæs, experience the historic lighthouse Røsnæs Fyr and visit the area's many wineries.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
