The Ocean House

Come and enjoy Molsbjerge and the unique location in Knebel, with a view of the sunset and coffee in the sun on the terrace. The grounds are surrounded by untouched fields with cattle. And only a little walk along the gravel path to the ocean. The house is located on the property where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the grounds live chickens, cats, and a few ducks that roam freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with children, the home can also accommodate this. The house is a mini house ❤️

In front of the cottage is a nice lake, with swans and other wildlife that make the experience completely unique. The area is ideal for beautiful walks, which can be ended in front of the fireplace. On the terrace or in one of the garden's cozy corners, the sun can be enjoyed all day. 54 well-used square meters with room for 6 people.

There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. Here are all the opportunities for outdoor activities.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

The apartment is ideal for the extended family or two families who are on vacation together. The apartment also has a large activity room with pool table and foosball, as well as a play area for the smaller children. Outside, there are barbecue facilities and table bench sets and a garden for the children to play in.
