The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

The house is located about 20 meters from our main house, so you will have access to your own private part of the garden with fruit trees, a nice patio with a barbecue, eating area and lovely views of the surrounding fields.
