Papenwohld is the home of the Papenwohld Artist Residency - a non-profit art project founded and run by the hosts. Everything from music festivals, yoga and horse workshops to concerts and art exhibitions have been celebrated here.

Approx. 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (sloping ceilings are to be expected) to relax in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in Holzbunge! The 55 m² apartment is quietly located on the edge of the forest, with hiking trails to the picturesque Bistensee and a riding stable in the immediate vicinity. Eckernförde and the Baltic Sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Highlights: pets by arrangement, child-friendly (crib, high chair), bedding included. Perfect for couples, families or nature lovers.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini-village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two- and four-legged animals run around freely on the property, there are no fences or gates.

The cottage is located in the second row of our 2019-built cottage estate and offers a view to the south over the Wittensee from the terrace and living room. The vacation home is furnished according to the high standards that we have also set in our own house: modern, bright and with up-to-date electronics. On a total of 77 m² with two bedrooms and a double bed each, we offer enough space for up to 4 guests.

This special place is centrally located and offers unique views of the Eckernförde harbor and the Baltic Sea. The two bedrooms can accommodate up to three people. The spacious living and dining area, the roof terrace and the spacious kitchen with cooking island are other highlights of this apartment. Welcome to our small and idyllic vacation home with its own garden, just across the street from the Wittensee (fourth largest lake in Schleswig-Holstein). There on our private lake property with its own lake meadow, jetty and canoe, which is (usually) there for free use for our guests. The Baltic Sea (Eckernförde Bay) is within cycling distance (10 km).
