Papenwohld is the home of the Papenwohld Artist Residency - a non-profit art project founded and run by the hosts. Everything from music festivals, yoga and horse workshops to concerts and art exhibitions have been celebrated here.

The cottage is located in the third row of our 2019-built cottage estate and offers a view to the south over the Wittensee from the terrace and living room. The vacation home is furnished according to the high standards that we have also set in our own house: modern, bright and with up-to-date electronics. On a total of 78 m² with a master bedroom with double bed and two children's rooms with bunk beds, we offer enough space for 2 adults with up to 4 children.

Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in Holzbunge! The 55 m² apartment is quietly located on the edge of the forest, with hiking trails to the picturesque Bistensee and a riding stable in the immediate vicinity. Eckernförde and the Baltic Sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Highlights: pets by arrangement, child-friendly (crib, high chair), bedding included. Perfect for couples, families or nature lovers.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini-village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two- and four-legged animals run around freely on the property, there are no fences or gates.

Our vacation home is located on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and is ideal for families, water sports enthusiasts and for relaxed work with fast Internet! The house is on the edge of a vacation home settlement, surrounded by greenery with fantastic views of the Schlei. In a few minutes, you will be at the water. The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.

Our 3 apartments are located on a secluded farm in the beautiful nature of the Hüttener mountains. Enjoy the view over our young vines to the Wittensee, which can be reached by a short walk across the meadows. Particularly popular with surfers and fishermen, also ideal as a starting point for cycling tours. Many swimming opportunities in the pool, in the lake or in the nearby Eckernförder Baltic Sea.

Welcome to our small and idyllic vacation home with its own garden, just across the street from the Wittensee (fourth largest lake in Schleswig-Holstein). There on our private lake property with its own lake meadow, jetty and canoe, which is (usually) there for free use for our guests. The Baltic Sea (Eckernförde Bay) is within cycling distance (10 km).
