Not only enjoy the beach, but enjoy the clubhouse with pool, hot tub, ping pong, pool table, weight room, video games, tennis, pickle ball, racketball courts (hosts have rackets, tennis balls/racketballs).

This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck & private living space. There is a outside shower available to guests, pullout couch, free access to bikes, beach chairs, kayaks/paddle board off the dock, and parking. Our place feels secluded yet less than a mile to restaurant’s, Publix Grocery, and the beach access’s.

A serene garden space is framed by vibrant flower beds filled with colorful blooms. Two comfortable Adirondack chairs sit on a grassy area, overlooking a calm canal surrounded by lush greenery and trees, creating a peaceful outdoor retreat.
