Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

This spacious modern chalet has been undergoing major refurbishment in 2020. The spacious house features 4 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen & living room, open fireplace and a private spa. Welcome to our newly built chalet at Hansenhof. We welcome you in a beautiful quiet location with 360° mountain panorama within walking distance of the Fieberbrunn cable car. Ski in-ski out, in winter from the front door directly to the slopes and back again. Our lovingly furnished apartment with spacious kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, separate bathroom & toilet, a large terrace and ski room, makes the holiday special in every season. Quiet romantic chalet!

Find peace and relaxation in the Embacher Försterhütte! Unwind, enjoy the rippling of the waterfall in the garden and admire the fantastic mountain panorama. The mountain hut invites you to relax with its flair, the numerous seats in the fresh air and a cozy wood-burning stove. There are shops right in the village and they can be reached on foot. In summer, the cabin can be reached by car, in winter it is a short walk.

Chalet Staudach SKI IN, SKI OUT!

Ski in, Ski out! Besser kann man dieses wunderschöne, freistehende Chalet direkt an der Skipiste von Kirchberg nicht kennzeichnen. Morgens direkt auf die Piste, ohne Skibus oder Schlange stehen - phantastisch! Das Chalet steht an der Piste zur Fleckalmbahn. Das Chalet wurde 2016 renoviert und nach dem neuesten Standard eingerichtet. Skiraum bzw. Abstellraum ist direkt im gleichen Gebäude vorhanden.
