One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Immaculately presented is this three double bedroom cottage with original parts dating back to the 1600's. Guests will welcome the original features, the homely feel and the high quality of the fixtures and fittings. Outside there is a well kept, large sunny patio with gas BBQ and sufficient dining seating for all guests. Parking for multiple cars.
