This charming, fully renovated cottage is more than just a place to stay-it's a living piece of Elbert County history which has been lovingly restored to maintain the charm, character and beauty of this unique property. Sunrise Studio

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Huge front windows offer peaceful forest views and starry skies. Explore the property, play outdoor games, or relax by the fire pit. The bathroom is about 150 ft west of the A-Frame, between the camper and the cabin. Expect fresh air, wildlife, and a few friendly bugs.
