Our accommodation is the perfect getaway for access to Oxfordshire (Soho Farmhouse), Cotswolds (Diddly Squat Farm & pub) Silverstone & RH Aynho Park. Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Converted 17th century barn. On the outside, the renovation is sympathetically done. On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

NB-there is a tech fault on Airbnb atm, the barn is only a 7 minute drive to SFH. The barn is a luxury 2 bed conversion which has been renovated by an interior designer, so it has the feel of the Farmhouse, without the pricetag. It has a small private garden situated in a stunning private courtyard setting. It’s a gateway to the Cotswolds in luxury accommodation, close to Blenheim, Daylesford, Diddly Squat & Silverstone.
