Whether you traveling solo or with your partner enjoy my comfort room with its own private small bathroom. My place is smoke friendly, I have a small ping pong table/ X box/Dartboard/and a small basketball hoop on the dr for you & your partner to enjoy. I do NOT allow any gatherings or party of any kind. Only 2 guest limit, I will be present during your stay No Unauthorized guest The subway is literally a 2 min short walk. Im 20/30 min train ride to time square . I’m in the middle of everything

Brooklyn Charm in a 3-story house in East Flatbush. A small bedroom that is one of five bedrooms in my house. I live in the house and will share common areas with you during your stay, including the living room, dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen, laundry & a bath and a half.
