Art House for the discrete traveler

A comfy room in an art-filled spacious townhouse with a backyard, situated on a cozy block in Brooklyn. The light filled bedroom is on the 2nd floor ONLY with a skylight operated by a remote control. The private bathroom with a shower is across from the room. We treat our guests as our own. The guests have been happy and slept well in the room. Our home is not for smokers and night owls. We are 25 min of car ride from both airports. Easy public transport from JFK. 20 min subway to Wall Street.

Spacious Park Block Gem!

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

Tranquil Room In A Quiet Neighborhood

This is a private house in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is close to the subway and about 40 minutes to midtown Manhattan once on the train. There is street parking. There is a desk for work in the bedroom, I am a native New Yorker, and have hosted people for over 15 years. I love learning about the different places my guest come from, and sharing with them a real New Yorker's experience. There are two very friendly and loving cats.🐱

Spacious room with private bathroom located in Ditmas park/Flatbush. House was built in 1901. A featured attraction in the annual house & garden tours. Most homes in this area are victorian cathedrals built in the late 1800’s and early 1900's; just minutes away from Prospect Park and the local green market (Sundays), and approximately 30 minutes to Manhattan.
