Double studio with A/C, free parking & car hire

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Stylish, enormous flat - well-equipped for a longer stay. First floor with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a separate loo. Lots of storage. Two double bedrooms - and a very spacious sitting room with two sofas and a dining table. Located in Clarendon Park - a lovely part of Leicester with restaurants, independent shops and greenery. Close to both universities and the Royal Infirmary.
