On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. This little cabin like home is perfect, if your'e looking to escape from your everyday life. Its like being on a far away island but in southern Jersey. You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. A fishermans' dream!!! Dont forget your camera for the sunsets, bald eagles, indian artifacts and amazing porch views for the ultimate relaxation

Welcome to Mary's Place! Wait until you see the amazing views from the roof deck, which overlooks the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. The Sunsets are spectacular, and it's a bird watchers dream! Mary's Place has a large screened porch and a large outdoor shower. Enjoy walks on the beach along the Delaware Bay, which is directly across the street. Bikes are available for your enjoyment. Dogfish Brewery and several restaurants are less than 10 miles away in the town of Milton.
