Iona is located close to DE Turf and the Delaware beaches. The Inn looks out over Cedar Creek, a pristine estuary leading to Delaware Bay. This vista provides many stunning sunrises and sunsets. Since Iona is a working farm, the front of the house looks out over the barn, pastures, and fields. The front porch and second-floor balcony provide perfect viewing to enjoy the early morning scenery with your first cup of coffee and breakfast provided to all guests. Iona is a non-smoking property.

NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10. Hello, I am Kenny and my wife is Nicole. This is our beautiful home in our small town. Formerly the town park. Peaceful surroundings include a pond, gazebo, rocking chairs on the back porch and beautifully wooded area to explore. We have chickens on the property and you are welcome to enjoy the fresh eggs, when available, while here with us.
