The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Now closed for vacation until August 4th. Good public transport. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

Perfect for the solo traveler looking to stay secluded or for the golf group looking to stay comfortably. There is a bed on the lower floor in a separate room with a door. On the upper floor, there are four beds in an open plan (no doors). The parking space is shared with the property owner, but there is room for more cars if needed. (Charging box available).
