We are a family of six with horses and chickens, and here you get rural tranquility, nature and fresh air close to the city's culture and shopping. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

From the house, you can get to the airport, the city center or the beach in just 15 minutes. The house is from 1902 and completely renovated in 2020. Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
