The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Whether you want to cook, lie in the garden or relax with some sauna sessions, here you can quickly forget the city and time.

The tastefully furnished, approx. 60 square meter 2-room apartment is equipped with a shower room/toilet, open kitchen and living room with flat screen TV. It offers sleeping facilities for 4 people. Included in the price are additional costs (energy, water, heating), bed linen, as well as parking. Barbecue by arrangement.

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can have a nice time there with 2 people. There is a private bathroom and a kitchen with all the important cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and is therefore only accessible via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful farm and you are just a 45-minute drive away from the Baltic Sea beach!

Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.
