Vintage Apartment in Fügen

This holiday home is located near the beautiful Tyrolean village of Fügen. The house consists of 2 flats, the 1st one with a kitchen on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms with bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd flat is on the 2nd floor and has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. An ideal accommodation for 2 families who want to spend their holidays together. In summer the flats are rented separately (AT-6263-141 and AT-6263-142) and in winter they are rented together for 11 persons (AT-6263-140). The house also has a heated ski cellar, a bicycle garage and a lawn with a swing. In the summer you can also use the BBQ, which is at your disposal. If you come in the winter for a wonderful winter sport, then you can leave your car at home. The ski bus stop is 200 m from the house. The bus takes you in a few minutes to the nearby Spieljochbahn lift and to the well-known Hochzillertal/Hochfügen ski area. Fügen - Spieljoch is generally very quiet and therefore an ideal ski area for beginners and families with children. There are hardly any waiting times at the ski lifts and even winter sports enthusiasts can have a great time here. Summer in the Zillertal means hiking, culinary enjoyment and trips and activities. In summer, too, the cable cars take you to the most beautiful Alpine huts and mountain pastures. The holiday apartment "Tiroler Zeitgeist", completed in 2021, in the "Astenhof" is located in the middle of the FÜGEN ski area in the Zillertal, 190m from the ski gondola and a stone's throw from everything the mountains have to offer. Luxuriously furnished, it offers space for 6-8 guests, who are divided into the following bedrooms: - sleeping room "Zirbe" (100% pine wood): double bed 180x200 cm - sleeping room "Fichte" (100% spruce wood): double bed 160x200 cm - sleeping room "Eiche" (100% oak wood): double bed 160x200 cm Each of these bedrooms has its own signature, with tailor-made furnishings made of real wood, according to the room name. If required, two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed (140x200) in the rustic, modern living room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in rain shower. A washing machine is ready for use in the larger bathroom. The high-quality kitchen with stone worktop is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances. The lounge corner of the sunny Tyrolean style wooden balcony invites you to relax with a view of the Zillertal slopes.

Time out in the original monument with modern comforts - right on the Ziller. If you've always wanted to know how people used to live in the Zillertal, then you can get an idea of it here: Much is original. We have only added a little comfort, so that you can, for example, take a warm shower without having to heat up beforehand... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, go shopping or eat right in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
